How can i get more energy and change my mood.?

Okay i kind of have a problem. i goto sleep at 12pm - 4 am and wake up at like 12am - 3pm but at night i get the urge to do things like exorcise but its always too late to actually do it.



So what can i do to feel more energetic in the mornings/afternoons. I dont really eat breakfast or anything either. just sit on the computer and help myself in the fridge whenever im hungry. i want to change my mood and start doing things like a normal person.How can i get more energy and change my mood.?

Eating breakfast its very important, sometimes we don'tt want to eat or not hungry but its important and it gives energy for the day. you should eat for example salad, bread, egg, cornflakes.

don'tt sit many hours a day on the computer.

try to get out, walk, do sports- sport give good mood, meet friends and try to meet new people. try to keep on good order of meals, and what you have and like to do.

This is such a general question. There are so many things that could be contributing to your energy level. Things such as diet, sleep, health,and most of all your mental attitude. All of these area's have to be addressed if you want lasting change. Stay away from fried foods and those foods full of sugar, make sure you get 6 to 8 hours of sleep a night and always monitor your body for any changes that you may be going through. Most of your energy however really stems from your mental attitude about yourself, life, your future and of course how much you allow the past to rule your life now. By the way, the word ';normal'; is a subjective term. No one is ';normal';. We all have created our own story and it is the way it is. I hope that you continue to research and find out what areas of your life you really need to pay attention to. Stay as positive and productive as you can.
First of all you need to wean yourself from spending so much time on the computer and start living life again . You need to get back on a normal routine . Set times for yourself to be online and then get out and do something .

You need to start your day in the morning ,so go to bed about 10pm . Get up and eat some breakfast before you do anything . Breakfast will give you energy and make you ready to start your day . Then do some light exercises . Nothing elaborate to start with just something to get your heart rate up like maybe a short walk , then set aside 2 hours to be on the computer . Limit yourself to these two hours . Then get up and do some hobby that you used to like to do or do somethings around the house that you have been putting off that you know needs to be done . Have a good lunch . Do some light exercise . Give yourself two more hours on the computer . Then get out of the house and go do something . Find a place to volunteer and spend time around other people . When you come home give yourself two more hours on the computer , then a good supper and go to bed at a reasonable time like maybe 10 pm .



You only have one life to live and you are wasting sitting in front of the computer one day . When it comes time for the end of your life do you really want to look back and say all you did was sit in front of a computer screen and missed out on so much life . Take your life back and get into things away from the computer . Make some new friends and get out of the house . I really wish you good luck . May God Bless you and help you .
