How do i get rid of my depressive mood?

i don't know what's gotten into me but sometimes i am so happy and then my mood changes and become derpessive.

I also want to tell you i am very stressed...how do i escape this?How do i get rid of my depressive mood?
There is no answer to that question.At least not an answer from the outside... You can do so many things to heal your depression symptoms: work on your posture (head up,straight shoulders), change your schedule (try to arrange your work time and to create an interval of time for yourself each day), become part of a circle of friends,who live in different social environment and by this expand your view and experience new sensations , get enthusiastic on ';healthy living'; - rational feeding,sport, ';progressive habits';, start a new career and concentrate time and efforts on it ... All of thees work for so many people... But.. Does really something like that provide you with an answer,with a path to the center of your perfect mental stability and balance? Probably not. The truth is that you need a revelation, a deep sense of purpose in your life. The truth is that every nanosecond,every thought,every step you take,every emotion and feeling in your life guides you to the answer,to the eminent revelation,to the perfect harmony - you have to be patient and persistent and you will get there. Forget about the depression - life is marvelous. Just search and feel - you will get there (not easily,but be courageous). Think of it ...How do i get rid of my depressive mood?
If your in a teen age it is very normal. I go through this a lot. Just keep advoiding people when your in a bad mood cas it will affect them too. Think of happy things
Keep track of things that change your mood one way or another. If you find that something changes your mood try doing that thing to help yourself.



Also, keep track of the things that seem to change OTHER PEOPLES moods. This might provide you with the insight you need. If, for example, other people become more relaxed when they listen to music, see what effect it has on you.



If other people seem more cheerful when they go for a brisk walk, try it yourself. Pay attention, take notes, and see if can't find something that works for you.
Just talk to people (not e-mail or IM). That ALWAYS makes me snap out of a depressed mood.

hi.. i think you need to try mantra meditation, it really works.. it can alleviate stress, and even depress mood.. im once in your situation before and it puts me to commit suicide, because of mantra meditation, now im good..anyway what is your country? maybe i can tell you if theres a meditation center there that i know.
hi I live in Australia, and sometimes when I do not feel happy about things, I go for a walk to a pretty place and just look around at the people the birds and the scenery. Try to find something to take your mind off what is happening at the time and just enjoy a good book, talk to a friend, talk to family.

make a list of the positive changes you need to happen in your life put it somewhere where you can see it and as you complete the list, you will be able to see what you have achieved.
