Isotones or isochronic tones - how do they affect your mood and release growth hormones?

I'm trying to find out if listening to isotones could be harmful in any way, because I've heard that the special frequencies can change your mood or make your body release growth hormones. Can anyone explain what they are and what they do? A web link would also be useful.Isotones or isochronic tones - how do they affect your mood and release growth hormones?
When I started to research 業sotones?all I could find were scientific papers on atoms or nuclei that have the same number of neutrons. There were a lot of references to 業sotopes?and then I discovered that 業sotope?is where P = Proton and 業sotone?is where N = Neutron. I never knew that before! However, I guess that has nothing to do with Isochronic Tones which, I now discover, is the use of delta frequencies to convey messages to your subconscious mind. One web site I visited explained that because our subconscious mind does not speak in words, Isochronic Tones are designed to tap directly into the subconscious while the conscious mind is at rest. This can be used for all sorts of amazing things, such as:

Astral Projection, Aura Viewing, Addiction Help, Chakra Tuning, Christ Consciousness, DNA Stimulation, Endorphin Release, ESP and Psychic Ability, Hypnosis, Lucid Dreaming, Meditation, Past Life Regression, Remote Viewing, Shaman Consciousness, Spirit Guide, Stress Release and Telepathy.

Alarm bells started to ring when I checked out the claims that Isochronic Tones can be used to heal damaged DNA (which causes cancer) by synchronizing the brain with the rhythms. In 1999 a Thomas Budzynski (Ph D) published a case in the Journal of Neurotherapy which showed that 8 college students increased their GPA (whatever that is) with the use of audio brainwave stimulation. Wow! As many a 8! Wonder if the same results could have been achieved by a good night檚 sleep, zero drugs and alcohol and a brisk run round the campus? Anyway, here is the link if you want to check it out: http://www.store.unexplainable.net/

I think the name 榰nexplainable?speaks volumes, don檛 you? On the other hand, here is a link that gives the scientific history/background: http://www.transparentcorp.com/products/

Personally, if I wanted to relax I would play classical music, or lie down in a quiet and darkened room for an hour. As for stimulating growth hormones, I think the jury is still out on that one!Isotones or isochronic tones - how do they affect your mood and release growth hormones?
Highly unlikely. They alter your brain wave frequencies so that you're more relaxed and it's used to convey messages to your subconscious. They are used for many different purposes so check which one you will use. They can do a lot of things and work better than binaural beats. They usually come with listening instructions. They are safe.
