How do you change your mood in My Space?

I really need help cause im new to myspace....can anyone help?How do you change your mood in My Space?
On your home page, at the top, in the middle, there is a section called ';Friend Status';! At the top of that section, they allow you to ';update'; your status! (and mood if you scroll down the list of adjectives!)How do you change your mood in My Space?
