what is this? and how can i controle it?Why does my mood change so suddenly?
You could be a teenager.

In love,

Rejected by a lover/significant other

Under acute stress.

have a physical ailment

May have been through an emotional trauma,

on drugs,

have a chemical imbalance,

Having an allergic reaction to a food

(This is most likely NOT Bi-polar disorder.)Why does my mood change so suddenly?
by the look of your spelling and grammer your probably a young teen. Hormones cause this. nothing more. you dont want to get caught up with psychiatrists at an early age. they follow you around for the rest of your life. wait till your 18 to see if you feel the same way
maybe coz ur period
It could be hormonal
Sounds like a mood disorder like Bipolar. Do you have concentration problems? Would you say you're a creative person? Do you have random sleeping patterns or trouble staying asleep? If you can relate to these at all these are some of the symptoms for Bipolar disorder. Consult a professional to get a diagnosis.
See if there is any correlation to not eating enough . . .

I know when I don't eat for a while I tend to get pissed off, even depressed . . .

Eating something good, some fruit or veggies, usually does help me.

Basically we are walking test tubes of chemicals, and we need to keep things balanced.

Exercise -- long walks -- also seem to help me.

Good luck
it could be depression or bipolar disorder. i do the same thing. it also might depend how old you are. if you're 12-14 your hormones are just jumpy and can't decide what to do. if your 15-45 it is most likely depression or bipolar disorder or a bit of both. 45-death then it could be menopause.
We travel through moods throughout the day, and most moods we can change without even realizing it. It's the velocity of the mood that impacts whether we hold onto it or not. Some of them are just too delicious to let go of! Some moods we give into and allow them to control us, etc etc.

Hormones contribute to all sorts of changes within our thoughts and our bodies. If you are a teenager, they are bound to change at jet speed as new hormones are introduced into your body. They will more than likely settle down once regulated.

All is as it should be.......
Our moods are impacted chemically by hormones and neurological agents such as dopamine, neurotonin, serotonin, etc. There could be many reasons why you feel the way you do. Some conditions that I know of that can cause mood swings are bipolar disorder, ADHD, depression, even PMS and poor diet. You won't really know until you see a doctor. The good news is that in most cases this is very treatable. And you are luckier than most others who either deny there is a problem or endure years of missed enjoyment of life until they finally seek help. Mental health is not stigmatized any more as it was years ago. The government has mandated insurance be on par with physical disorders. And many high profile personalities have come out with their stories of suffering and anguish and cure. Look no further than the greatest Olympic swimmer ever Michael Phelps who has been very forthright about living with ADHD.

Whatever you do remember this.... unless you have a deficiency of something that will show up in a blood or urine test, the diagnosis and treatment can be very hit or miss. Often it becomes a process of elimination until you hit on the right therapy. So whatever you do not give up if you do not get relief right away. Also some of the anti-depressants take a few weeks until they reach a theraputic level in your bloodstream - so have patience and stick with it.

Best regards

Gene
It's likely that it could be due to hormones and may pass as you get older. Eating a balanced diet with food that releases energy slowly can help to balance out your moods.
