How can I tell if I'm sane or not. Seems to change now & then but not sure which episode is normal?

I get these weird mood changes on antidepressants and can't tell which mood is the sane one.How can I tell if I'm sane or not. Seems to change now %26amp; then but not sure which episode is normal?
Well no you may be not able to tell the difference cause part of you may like one of the moods, and the other, may not, so i would call the doctor who gave you the anitidepressant and let him know what is going on. Cause he can change it, and by talking with him, he may just give you a different diginois. How can I tell if I'm sane or not. Seems to change now %26amp; then but not sure which episode is normal?
If you were truly insane you wouldn't be worried or even thinking about it. Insane people have no sense of what is real or not.

If you aren't seeing a therapist....get one. Medication isn't always enough and its possible you weren't diagnosed properly and aren't on the right dosage or correct meds in the first place.

Also see a regular Doctor as well to rule out anything physical.
have you try going to church na dpray there? He is waiting for you to heal you...
If you have questions about your treatment they should be directed to your doctor. He/she will discuss whether your medication needs adjustment or should be changed.
if you can ask your not insane.but it kinda sounds like drug induced mood swings.talk to your dr asap.
I personally think someone is insane when they are not in touch with reality.

When you feel your best and have the most positive outlook and thinking and are totally able to be productive ; that is probably the most ';sane'; mood :)
I would suggest that you talk with your doctor as soon as possible. It sounds like you have a lot of mixed feelings going on in your head. Talk with a psychiatrist. Hopefully someone will be able to help you.--Not sure what you have been through in your life. Hopefully you can work through your issues and somehow find peace.
