I suffer from immense social anxiety. However, late in the night, I seem to develop this confidence and happiness, and I want to share it with everyone, but the only places left at this time of night are bars and other similar places. This happiness never carries over after I have slept. I wake up with anxiety and depression every morning and it takes all day to get past it. How can I maintain my good feelings through sleep, so I can wake up ready to share my day with everyone?Mood change after a good nights sleep?
I think you are happier at night as they day is done it was a accomplished day. Then in the mornibng you are freaking out as its the unknown day that you have to get through. I suffer from a simular feelings so that what I think. Plus if you are not sleeping as you enjoy that you are having a happy time then tahts why to!! I have a husband that gets it and it helps but not always as some times ehn I am so tired I have to say that the baby kept me up!! When he did not!! Its so sad to be so anxious!! I panic all thge time. Sometimes it takes me untik 5 am to go to sleep and then the baby really gets up by 7 or 7:30.Mood change after a good nights sleep?
Read the book, ';Introverts Advantage'; It gives tips on how to cope with different situations and feelings for quiet or anxious introverts. You probably feel really confident because your body and mind is intouch with itself. There were times id get up from bed just to dance casue I wsas that confident and happy and didnt know why. No one around to judge. no one around to inturrupt. You can also try meditation to maintane that thought to the next day. IT HELPS!
