Is there a code to change what kind of smiley you have?

I have 1.0, I don't like 2.0, but was wondering if there is a code to change it...like this one...

that's because that is a layout site, its not possible to do that on myspace unless you have that layout.
The only way I'd know how is to absolute position a div of that .gif image into the spot you want it, but that would be incredibly annoying and somewhat difficult to do.
