Ultra rapid cycling and changes in mood in as fast as 3 minutes?

^can it happen this fast or am i just suffering from anxiety/depression?

and what exactly is anxiety/depression and how does this relate to what im going through?Ultra rapid cycling and changes in mood in as fast as 3 minutes?
Usually the mood changes are a lot slower and bi-polar mood swings take days or weeks to go through one cycle. So I imagine that what you have is something else to do with your nervous system and obviously you need to keep cool and take it easy and more slowly.

Anxiety and depression are not exactly opposites so what you claim to be mood swings are not necessarily in opposition, but rather two aspects of the same situation.

You should consult with a trained psychiatrist, and perhaps try to read-up on the aspects of the feelings that you are experiencing. Some medicines for treating depression also have been found to be good against anxiety too, so there is hope for you too!

Could be the effects of puberty against a premorbid (before illness) personality prone to bipolar effective disorder. Though you may be currently experiencing a cyclothymic (happy, angry, high, low moods) personality disorder, which may correct by itself, but I think you need to get a psychiatric mental state examination soon. Anxiety and depression could be part of your current illness, these are basically imbalances in the nervous sytem but there are many signs and symptoms to go with it.

Just try to calm down somehow, seriously. You have to slow down, watch out for things that can cause you damage. Think long-term, not short-term.
I am diagnosed rapid cycling bipolar and being treated by a psychiatrist. My mood swings DO sometimes swing from one extreme to the other many times in a day. There is also something called a mixed episode in which, as the name suggests, you experience the highs and lows during the same time period-usually a week or more.

You may also find LOTS of information about anxiety, bipolar, depression, etc. on the internet. You should, however, definitely seek the advice of a mental health professional.
